An unknown problem has caused the servers for LittleBigPlanet Beta to crash, leaving many users to face not being able to connect at all or lag that makes using LBP virtually impossible.

Speculation is that the servers are either being worked, possibly in anticipation of an update but of course, it could just be a server crash due to overwhelming demand for the service.

Hopefully normal service will resume as soon as possible for LittleBigPlanet.
