I was wondering if any other mp3 players apart from ipod and zune were compatible. I want to try my USB things now lol. Thanks for the list, learnt something new

I didnt realise how many things were compatible until I looked into it. If anyone has any success attaching other hardware then let us know and I'll update the list.

Hehe, cuz of the list, I worked out how to play AVI/DivX video files on it

Plug it in, go to videos, and change the storage source

Also, you can play videos from ipod............all you have to do, is rename the ipod_control folder (which is hidden so you need to make it so you can see hidden folders/files) to ipod_control_backup - that stops the 360 as reading it as an ipod and reads it as a usb device instead. So then all ya have to do, is drag and drop the video files to the root of the ipod
Make sure to change the folder name back after though otherwise the ipod wont function and dont let itunes do anything with it otherwise that will bugger it up too.

Eh no, the 360 doesn't have bluetooth. I doubt an adapter would work either as every bluetooth usb dongle ive used has needed the software and drivers and always been a bugger.

awesome info mate. i got a crapload of avi dvds which i couldnt play
