Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix coming to XBLA and PSN

Super Street Fighter II Turbo has been on the scene for over 13 years now and is widely considered to be the greatest 2-D fighting game. So could it possibly be improved? Well........it’s going to be - the entire game is going to be redrawn, pixel-for-pixel!!

Super Street Fighter II Turbo Remix HD is being developed / tweaked for Xbox Live Arcade and PSN - it’s the awesome game you remember but with online play. It will be a pixel-for-pixel recreation of the game, but Capcom aren’t ruling out making slight changes to the game which fans will love!

The entire game is being redrawn from character select to backgrounds and endings and Capcom is aiming for a release this Fall. Although there is nothing much to show from the project yet, the guys at GameKult snapped a picture of the slideshow during the announcement so we have a little something to show you all:

At first i passed by this news as i was like, meh, then i remembered, which game it was, and tis like ooooh, i do likey that game actually - not as good as streets of rage though but, still good
