"I'll Have More" SWIRLED™ Ice Cream Pie

With ice cream nestled between scrumptious layers of peanut butter and new NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® SWIRLED™ Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Morsels, this chilled delight is sure to have all your party guests asking for more.

Level: Easy Rating: *****
Source: Nestle

Estimated Times:
Preparation - 10 min | Cooling Time - 2 hrs freezing | Yields - 8 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, divided
  • 1 prepared 8-inch (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE SWIRLED Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Morsels, divided
  • 1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla or chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
  1. SPREAD 1/4 cup peanut butter over bottom of crust. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup morsels. Place small scoops of ice cream over morsels. Freeze for a few minutes if ice cream becomes too soft. Place remaining 2 tablespoons peanut butter in small, heavy-duty plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for about 20 seconds or until soft, kneading until smooth. Cut a small hole in corner of bag; squeeze to drizzle over ice cream. Sprinkle peanuts and remaining morsels over top of pie. Cover; freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  2. REMOVE pie from freezer and allow to stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes or until just soft enough to cut.
