Vanilla Volcano

Word of warning a sweet tooth is DEMANDED by this recapie.

You will need:

1 Large bar of white chocolate
1 tub of vanilla icecream
1 punnet of stawberries
a small amount of caster shugar

1 brulet bowl
1 sheet of tinfoil
half a small orange or apple

Start by melting your chocolate in a bowl untill its a thick liquid and place the bowl in a basin of warm water to keep it liquid.

place your half apple in the bottom of the brulet bowl and line around it with tinfoil

do this by pushing the tinfoil AROUND and OVER the fruit not just around the edges...the fruit must NEVER touch the chocolate.

now pour the liquid chocolate into the tinfiol lined brulet bowl and tip and turn it so the chocolate puts a thick lineing around the whole bowl.

you are creating a container for the icecream so make shure its nice and thick

now place your "volcano" in the fridge untill it hardens.....

ok now you have a hollow white chocolate container with a hollow at the bottom!

time for the lava!

put your strawberrys in your blender (or crush with a fork) and add a little caster shugar and leave to settle for a few moments wile you...

...fill your hollow chocolate container with vanilla icecream and turn it out onto a plate while removing the fruit and tinfoil.

spoon a little of your blended straberry sorbet into the hollow the fruit left and garnnish with a little mint and serve.





*WARNING*

Occasionaly the tinfoil will stick to the chocolate and ruin the effect to counter this pour a tiny amount of warm water on the tinfoil to loosen it up.

And finaly rember this is incredably sweet so sreve it with ether a sweet desert wine or a nice strong coffee.
