| Gaming Guru ![]() | Really nice and easy to make Bake a potato(lol) Take out the potato filling so you have dish of potato and the skins. Fry some smokey bacon until crispy and brown. Then slice into small peices. Put a litle olive oil in a pan and add butter. Put on cooker(stove) until bubbling. Chop and dice 1 onion and add to hot butter and oil. Keep mixing on the heat until onion is soft. Drain off the butter and oil. Mix the bacon and onion and potato filling together. Then fill the potato skins with mixture. Cover the top with grated cheese and place under grill until brown. Yum!
