I keep seeing these themes, and really want to customize mine, but I really don't understand how.

If you do make a tutorial, I'd definitely be using it. I think I'd have the bottom one, the black one
But yours looks fantastic too

For a couple of months now, we've been sharing with you [Only registered users can see links. ] for your dear PSP units. These programs are really exciting. It gives users the feeling of having a new system or something like that. With that said, we're happy to announce that another coder released a new pack for all of us to enjoy.

Homebrew developer PSPCulture dropped by the QJ.NET Forums ([Only registered users can see links. ]) and informed us about [Only registered users can see links. ] Theme Duranium. The package is really something as it features high quality 32-bit icons including the battery and volume graphics. Please take note though that this should only be used by 3.03 OE [Only registered users can see links. ] users.

WARNING: Those who have 3.10 OE installed will find their PSP units bricked if they attempt to use the topmenu_plugin.rco file in this pack!

Installation is rather easy. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:
  • Connect your PSP to your PC via and USB and enter the recovery menu.
  • Select the advanced option and then Toggle USB (flash0).
  • Copy the file (excluding this readme) into the vsh/resource directory.
  • You may wish to backup your original files first.
Download: [Only registered users can see links. ]
New theme - thought Id post it up here rather than giving it a new thread (Im not keen on it ).

Enjoy .

We got word that [Only registered users can see links. ]'s released a new version of his well-kn own [Only registered users can see links. ]. It's got some new features, and he does note a fix to the current problem of it disabling PSX emulators.

Here's what he had to say about Black32 [Only registered users can see links. ] Theme - encore 4:

Black32 has been updated to encore4 [Mar.5th]. It now has new Game and Photo menu loading icons, the Small Italics font, choices between no opening/gameboot logo, and new Black Rhizura icons by innercy. More updates are on the way.

The same precautions apply to this version though. Check the readme, remember that this can brick PSPs, and know that you're installing this at your own risk. Note that this also won't work with 3.10 OEs and you should be okay. As for taking care of that PSX [Only registered users can see links. ] problem, you can also visit the second PSP forum below called "Custom Coldboot PSX Emu" for more information.

Freshly served with a dash of [Only registered users can see links. ], [Only registered users can see links. ] has compiled various elements from the themes which other people of the [Only registered users can see links. ] released and came up with his own DaRk ThEmE package. It's a sleek looking theme that was put together. All the elements from the various homebrew authors seem to jive in this custom. So, what does the package include?
  • icons ( battery and busy icon)
  • volume bar
  • [Only registered users can see links. ] line
  • custom sounds, font, and background in wallpaper and 1-12bmp versions
Credits go to himself for the volume bar, innercy (again!) [Only registered users can see links. ], [Only registered users can see links. ] for the battery icon, and 4bs3nt for the background.

Download: [Only registered users can see links. ]
and another - Ill put these into a 'tidier' thread soon.

this one is very dark lol
