This is the new theme by Xander for 3.90 M33 firmware and this is the CTF version of the theme:

"Xander has created his newest custom xmb with a twist found on no other xmb. Heartbeat has a unique feature of being able to change colors depending on what menu you are in. Definitely something new to try out
