Converts 3.90 PRXs to 4.01. If you don't know how to hex edit, you may not want to try this because it wont fully convert the theme.

wat do i do with the vsh files and font files and what are they for?

You need to go into recovery mode on your PSP, enable FLASH0 and move the VSH and font folders over, replacing the ones already on the PSP. Make sure you backup your FLASH0 first.
