| 360Gamer© ![]() | This has been on Maxconsole for a while and I thought I would spread the word. The Sticky about it just hit 100 pgs. I have updated this thread because they came out with UPMS Emerald. I simplified it the guide too. Files/Things needed: 1. A PSP with custom firmware (...duh) 2. At least a 256mb memory stick 3a. 3.71 Official Sony Update - [Only registered users can see links. ] 3b. 1.50 Official Sony Update - [Only registered users can see links. ] 4. The Installer (re-uploaded 20th June) - [Only registered users can see links. ] #1. Start off by extracting the updates to your desktop. You should have the 3.71 and 1.50 update as stated above ---Next rename the updates to 371.pbp and 150.pbp. Then make a copy of the 150.pbp and rename it to UPDATE.PBP. ---By this time you should have 3 eboots you have to put on your memory stick. Put all 3 in the ROOT of your memory stick. ---Next put the UPMS_Installer.cso in the ISO folder that is located at the root of your memory stick. If the ISO folder is not there, create it. Now you are brought to the main menu which has the steps listed: Step 1. IPL Tools Step 2. Battery Tools Step 3. Firmware Tools Step 4. Utilities/Maintenance Options Here is how to install it: Go to step 1 and install Sleep Fix Multi-IPL to Memory Stick. Go to step 2 and it will back up your battery eeprom automatically, next hit Create Pandora Battery (Service Mode). -you can restore your battery eeprom with this menu if you need to get your battery back to normal. Go to step 3 and Install UPMS without Utilities (fastest). Go to step 4 and install 371-M33 updates inc.150Kernal/Update 3. -you can install other things if you want like 3.52-M33 Installer/Update 4 if you like that firmware. Now you are done! It comes with manuals to show all of the things you can do with this memory stick so just look through those if you want to use the memory stick to your full advantage.
