PSP FLASH0 + CTF themes

FLASH0 THEMES

PRO: EXTREMELY FUN to use/play with (if you know what you're doing)
CON: EXTREMELY potentially dangerous to your PSP (you can brick and semi-brick your PSP VERY easily.


CTF THEMES:

PRO: EXTREMELY easy to use (as easy as replacing your PSP menu background)
CON: Not NEARLY as fun to use/play with as FLASH0


CFT:

. Download the THEME
. Extract the ZIP file (winrar - 7ZIP) (you'll get your .CTF file)
. Put the theme file (any name you like) in PSP/THEME/
. . Go to Settings -> Theme Settings -> Theme to select your CTF themes
. System will reboot to take effect




FLASH0 THEMES:

There are SEVERAL themes...each unique to firmware.

If you notice some say they're meant for 3.80m33 and some for 3.90m33 and some for 3.71m33 and so on.

you have 3.71m33...if you try and use one that is 3.52.33 - 3.80m33 - 3.90m33 (ANY other firmware other than you own) you have about a 95% chance of bricking your PSP...if not a 100% chance.

You MUST use one that is meant for your own firmware.

EXAMPLE: Below are some of my FAVORITE custom themes

Circacor V2 for 3.71m33-2

There are more out there...but it doesn't matter now

please follow this very carefully IF you choose to do this....if not pandora may be the only other way.

1. Download the file
2. Extract the file
3. After extracting you'll have several folders

POSSIBLY FONT
POSSIBLY DIC
You will have VSH. IN VSH will be RESOURCE and or MODULE and or ETC

4.plug your PSP into your computer with USB
5. Access your FLASH0 by turning on your PSP in RECOVERY mode. Select ADVANCED (under configuration) and select TOGGLE FLASH0 (your computer should recognize it







Transfer the FOLDERS one by one!

- transfer DIC (if it's there) to the FLASH0 and over ride
- Transfer FONT (if it's there) to the flash0 and over ride

- DOUBLE CLICK VSH to see recource/module and any other files etc.

- move RESOURCE (if it's there) to VSH in FLASH0 and over ride
- Move the MODULE (if it's there) to vsh folder in Flash 0 and over ride
(repeat for any other possible folders)

then BACK OUT of the menu from the RECOVERY MODE and EXIT recovery mode.

WORST CASE SCENARIO - you fully brick your PSP
second worst case...the menu may be a lil more usable...or you may be still semi-bricked-ish

best case scenario...your menu is back and we can work with that.

PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS before doin' the flash 0 stuff unless you are certain you'll be ok.
