This is a tutorial on how to cheat on Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories on PSP.

Requirements

Custom Firmware
[Only registered users can see links. ]

Connect Your PSP to your PC and run the "CheatDeviceInstall.exe". That will install all necessary files to your PSP.
Then turn on your PSP in recovery mode and enable the "vcscheatdevice.prx". You can then start GTA:VCS and the cheat device should appear.
To get more cheats find them at [Only registered users can see links. ]
Copy the downloaded cheats to ms0:/cheats/vcs/topcheats.txt and they should appear on the cheat device.
