Homebrew developer [Only registered users can see links. ] dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development forum and released a new build for his [Only registered users can see links. ] Lectus. In case some of you are wondering what happened to the first version, the coder noted that he had to discontinue it due to copyright issues with the browser.

Anyway, Lectus is currently on version 2.0.1 and still features a lot of those present in the first version such as Applications (converter, calendar, alarm clock, etc.), Games (Bush Shootout, Air Hockey, Duck Hunt, Solitaire, Falldown, etc.), and the ever useful Help Menu. The complete changelog since version 1.0.0 is as follows:

Version 2.0.0

• Added Images to Games List
• Added Images to Applications List
• Major Revamp of Help Files
• Dropped the Browser
• Online Support

Version 2.0.1

• Online Support Finished

Lectus v2.0.1 comes with a Readme file containing the different information on how to install this portal on your PlayStation Portable as well as passwords, and other details.
