Default More PSP - 3000 information
In a gamespot interview Sony's John Koller gives an in-depth look at the new psp sytem. John tells a little info on why they decided to create a newer version and gives a preview on the screen difference. There is a difference in battery time also with the new screen, the battery life will be decreased by 20-30 minutes because of the screens consumption of energy to provide bright vibrant displays.

Its worth it imo for the extra brightness. Ive wanted extra brightness for so long and I would willingly sacrifice 30 mins of battery life.

I'd be more upset if there weren't any other battery options, but with the ESP 30 minutes ain't so bad for a beefed up screen
