I’d definitely pick one up if they were designed for the PSP 2000, so hopefully something like that is in the works.

I think many can sacrifice their UMD slot

But they could just buy a PGP case and keep mem sticks under the rubber. I have about 5 in mine

I know this is not that smart but if I have an extra memory stick that I dont want to lose I place it in the UMD tray. It works fine since I dont have a UMD in my psp.

haha! thats exactly what I do!!! I wouldn't mind one of these little gadgets though! would be quite useful. Only worry though is, wont it get hot with the psp runnign? I use mine a lot, for both data & games, sometimes its running for 8-12 hours non-stop (not good for it, I know).

Why is it for fat only if it goes in the UMD slot?

I'd be afraid of the sticks coming out. Meh, I don't have a disc tray on my psp anyways
