The devil is in the details, though. Well, so far as current PSP games aren't demanding 3.30, maybe it can wait, but with the improvements to movie playback...

I think it's been 1-2 days already since this was stated, so hopefully it should be with us soon.
First time I've read this much detail about it though.

The only thing I'm hoping for in 3.30 OE, is that it allows customizations, as its the only reason I'm not upgrading from 3.03 OE C.
