Well, it looks like the program will be making the deadline as the final test version, Choice2 Homebrew Organizer and Launcher v2.0, is now available for testing.

This PSP homebrew gives users another organizational application. It also gives PSP owners the ability to rate the homebrew using a "star system" and sort the entries alphabetically or by the number of stars assigned to it. Here's the complete feature list as taken from xart's post on the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums:
