There are some people that just can't do without music. Even here at QJ.net, we really can't work that well if we're not listening to our favorite songs. Homebrew developer [Only registered users can see links. ] has the same affinity for songs and that's why he came up with the application LightMP3 v1.0.0.

Just like the name suggests, [Only registered users can see links. ] player and one of its more important feature is that the application doesn't consume your PSP's battery life that fast. Aside from that, LightMP3 also offers the following:

• Play a single file or a whole directory

• Can play a 128kbit mp3 at 70mhz CPU and 54mhz BUS

Now this is worth a try I think. Still waiting for an mp3 player app that switches off on a timer but this looks cool too
