PSP homebrew developer DJGameFreakTheIguana has released a demo of his homebrew game, Chaotix Rage. It's a clone-slash-spinoff of Knuckles Chaotix from the Sega 32X era, and takes the Chaotix characters for a wild ride on the side-scrolling beat-em-up arena, just like all of those OpenBoR (Beats of Rage) homebrew projects.

Again, this is simply a demo. So for now, here's the developer with some notes:

OK, after many problems(some still not fixed) I can now release the Chaotix Rage Demo. Here's some stuff you should know

1. there aren't that many ingame sounds, I couldn't get the wave sound I recorded from sonic battle to work. and I have none for vector...
2. on the the 2nd part of of stage 1, some trash may spawn behind you, I was still experementing with the spawn coards. I'll have that fixed by the next update.
3. I'll have Nack the weasel playable by the next update. For those who don't know, Nack was actually part of chaotix for a time, untill he betrayed dem for money.
4. I check spriters resourse and found better sprites for the Eggpawns
5. I should have the 2nd part of stage 2 done
6. All the music you hear so far was done by me
7. I plan on giving knuckles some new moves
8. Set attacks 1 & 2 for your Keyboard or Controller
9. this mod isn't packed cause when I pack it, it can't load some of the files for some reason, so keep this folder seperate from any other mods you have.
10. latest version of OpenBOR encluded

It does look cool, I havent tried it out but a homebrew game that needs a demo must be good lol.
