PSP Homebrew Discuss Super Mario on 4.01 M33-2?? in the Sony Playstation Portable forums;
SNESX9TYL 0.4ME for slim psps. put the .smc files in the ROMS folder...

If you're still in need of an emulator for SUPER MARIO

(click the associated picture for the emulator)

Once you download the ZIP file, extract it and receive a FOLDER (most likely named associated with the respective emulator)

the FOLDER goes into PSP\GAME\(folder)

I'm sure you know you need CUSTOM FIRMWARE to play. You said you're on 4.01m33

So you shouldn't have any issues. IF you do for whatever reason, try pressing SELECT in the main PSP menu and changing the UMD MODE to SONY np9660 (which is more for ISO/COS's)
