These days , most people don't. I find that most homebrew are a waste of time same with other people. Now I just use CXMB, irShell, PMP Player and this PSP OTG Homebrew Sorter. I doubt people even play homebrew games at all ... :/

I doubt they do. I try and test out new homebrew games, so I at least know what they are to keep myself informed but, I dont play them, why bother when there are isos..........I guess isos killed homebrew games dead .

A lot of people still use homebrew!
It's what you're using when you play emulators on your PSP.

I'm forever playing NES, SNES, and PS1 on my PSP!

As for the homebrew games...it's the lack of fan support that most of these projects fall to the ground. I love the homebrew scene. And I play a lot of homebrew games to keep up with the scene. See which games have promise and give your support.

I use HB. I use Doom a lot and the GBA emulator. And there are a lot of good ports to come out soon such as Age of Empires 2 and Red Alert

Well, I spent a week downloading a few homebrew apps and emulators HERE . I have used emulators before but the novelty wore off pretty quickly (that and I have games like the Sega/capcom/atari/midway collections etc that I play without emulators). I'm determined to see the good in homebrew though so Im still trying some of it out. I personally like HB games (CS Portable is funkeh ).

Man I love homebrew! I think its so wicked that independent developers do what they do. I have a 2gb ms thats nothing but homebrew and emulators. Some are, well to be a bit crass, shisty (thats shy-sty) but others you can't tell the difference between them and real deal games. I hope they continue to bring em.
