How do I install CTF themes for 5.00m33?

Current PSP Version - 5.00 M33-3

I tried dumping my files, but I didn't have the correct version of PSARDumper,
I enabled cxmb in the recovery menu, I put the CTF theme inside the PSP/THEMES folder, everything was in order, original theme blah blah, but the theme still didn't show. Is there any other way to dump the files that I need? [ Specifically paf.prx, common_gui.prx and vshmain.prx ]

To use a theme, you don't need the decrypted files, that's only if you want to make a theme.

Only the full version - which allows you to make themes needs those files, in fact those are just the files that make it the full one from what I can see.

Have you got CXMB enabled via the recovery menu? That's the only reason I could think as to why it's not working.

I got it enabled, but I don't think it's the correct version, what section should I search for the plugin?

EDIT : CXMB 3.3, got it enabled, still not working T_T
EDIT : I'm using a Fat PSP.

Hmm, I'm using CXMB 3.3 and I've got a phat PSP with it enabled and works fine for me, had a few different themes on it.

What theme(s) have you tried on it?


I also retried on another PSP to make sure i didn't have the files, but it worked absolutely fine.

maybe you dont have the last ver. of the CXMB
try this and tell me [Only registered users can see links. ]

Or you dont have the 3 files needed "paf.prx, common_gui.prx et vshmain.prx"
if dont know how to get this files and you have installed the CFW 5.00 M33
use this PSAR Dumper 5.00 + Firmware officiel 5.0
when you put it in ms and entre to PSAR DUMPER 5.00 press #
after that go to "F0/vsh/module"
and search for files needed
after you get your needed files put them in "CXMB/SUPPORT"
now everything is okey
now put your themes in psp/themes
and i'm sure you will dont have any problems

I'm using CXMB 3.3, but I can't DUMP the files.

LIGHTNING500, pspTouch, Baby'sbreathR3 and XMBplayer

I found the PSARDumper 5.00, but I'm not sure it is going to work.



Fail again, this is with the new PSARDumper 5.00, I think I should reformat my PSP. Then put everything back together again.

Okay got the Dumper to work, now its dumping.

I placed the 3 needed files into support, the themes are still not showing, I enabled CXMB too.

If there is no other way, can you tell me a step by step guide on how to do everything, except the Psar Dumper thing.

Reformatted the PSP, still no use, the friggin theme ain't showing -.-

I think I figured out the problem, after I reformatted the PSP , all the plugins don't work even if I enabled them, how do I "re"-work them?

Flashing the themes also won't work for me. I get the CRC error.

Still not working, I think my Plug-In's aren't working, before I reformatted the PSP the Plug-Ins were working fine.
