| XMB Creator ![]() ![]() ![]() | so I was sitting at my desk working on a theme, when all of a sudden my little brother yelled, "The PSP!!" so then I was like WTF?? what did you do this time (no i didnt cuss at my lil bro) so I go check only to find out he had dropped it in the toilet... .luckily he had only Pee'd so no crap was on it . (I made him pick it up)still it was all wet, so i dried it up and then decided to use the hair dryer in hope it would still work. after a couple minutes of trying my best to dry it out, I tried to turn it on with no success. ![]() I then decided to open it up and try drying it from the inside. After another couple of minutes of drying I tried turning it on, to have the light flicker then turn off. These were the signs of bricking a PSP so i was like WTF? I used a regular PSP battery, but it just flickerd then turned off, so i decided to use a pandora battery. To my Amaze it turned on and sent me to the menu where it asked me if I wanted to install CFW. I then thought lemme try the other battery again. and still no succes. After waiting a while I noticed that out of 1-5 times of trying to turn it on only once did it show me the XMB screen. Once i was in the XMB screen I couldnt turn to the Right... I then had to open my PSP back up, and remove the part that was malfunctioning and replaced it with one of the other parts from my other PSP that doesnt work (motherboard is fried ). so then I closed it back up, and tried turning it on, and nothing, so I tried using the pandora battery again and now that wouldnt even turn the PSP on![]() so I went from bad to worse now it wont turn on period. I put it to charge and noticed after a while that after 5 minutes of charging it would turn on again, so then I left it charging until it was completely charged, and now it turns on !!!the only problem it has now is that the WIFI doesnt work, so I guess no more SOCOM on that PSP.But Im sure glad the PSP works now ![]() so one word of advice, dont let little kids borrow your PSP's they might break it ![]() |
