Monster hunter freedom 2 or monster hunter portable 2nd G (the 2nd one is half japanese with english patch)

lumines 2
tekken
Final Fantasy war of the Lions
wipeout pulse
Patapon
loco Roco
Ridge Racer 2
God of War Chains of olympus
juiced hot import nights
GTA liberty and vice city

And my favorite: DJ Max 1 and 2 xD

Tekken + patapon is all you need. Liberty city and Monster hunter are optional.

I would recommend Final Fantasy Crisis Core. It is sweet and hard to beat. You should try it. Another game should be metal slug anthology
