As said before in its previous version, this homebrew application allows users to split and merge 01-12.bmp files to create their own custom backgrounds for the PSP - which complements wave editor apps out there as this app inter-meshes your backgrounds with the waves by placing them in the back.

I'm posting this mainly for the link to the tutorial - complicated stuff is splitting and merging . All worth it though I believe (yes, Im addicted to customising my PSP!)

I want to use it, but, it looks complicated, but, hopefully this will be of help to me
