i need help i have a ptf and i want to turn it to a ctf no i load the ptf and click creat ctf but it tells me that i dont have an input please help

hello i got everything going im trying to convert the flash 0 to ctf i made the ptf file with the preview and icon and wallpaper and info and now i got the flash0 theme 3.40oe-a transformers theme i loaded the folders and made the ctf but when i load it on my psp it freezes when u install it it doesnt go to the xmb its in the boot up mode what im i missing please help im i spose to edit the rco for 4.01 or can i leave it to 3.40 and if i cant then how do i edit it please help me thanks in advance
