It's [Only registered users can see links. ] that the game will release additional stuff the form of content packs that contain new game modes, weapons, maps, etc. Furthermore, you'll be able to customize the your character's appearance from head to toe. Of course, the "clan" leaders still get to dictate the dominant parts of the clan uniform, but members still get to tweak a few bits here and there.
