wow old topic dug up from the grave...I think the only party that wins the console war is the customer *awww*. but in all seriousness, norly, only the customer wins. if sony nintendo and microsoft compete for our fancy, we get the best of the best. when its only sony and microsoft compete, sure we get the best, but nintendo has no competition and look whats happening? shitty third party support, and nearly no first party support to think of. it wont be hard to beat the wii by 2011. they could reintroduce the n-gage and it would friggin' beat the wii by 2011.

at any rate, yeah, 2009 is gonna be a killer year, my bank account is gonna be so damn empty...shiiiit

ps3 is more of a powerfull console and has quite a lot of potential so i think it will win...eventually

its cell processor is more powerful, but dont forget that it has less ram than the 360. now, the cell processor makes up for that, so its kinda a double edged sword. it has to use a little more juice to make up for that lack of ram, but yes, in general, it is more powerful because when someone compares processor power, the memory means jack shit. just reminding you about that
