| PC gaming is really DEAD! All is due to the new Consoles like Playstation 3 or XBOX 360. With the new Graphics & Quality, they are attracting all the PC gamers towards them and because of this many Companies have stopped making games for PC. Its so sad for PC gamers. ![]() |

| I am a PC gamer, consoles are just not for me. I have wasted money on them in the past but the only kind of gaming system worth the money is a portable one. I hate that game company are money hungry and don't release games for computer until like 5 years after its been released on a consoles. |

| Seeing that PC Gaming has been struggling for quite sometime, Losing a lot of exclusives to the consoles. It just seemed to be that a lot of RTS', flight/train simulators, Barney's activity packs and MMORPG's were being released for the PC platform constantly. I used to be an avid PC gamer...some of the problems are: being forced into buying new hardware, because games developers and Microsoft make you(well they don't hold a gun to your head, granted). But I just had enough of upgrading to the enthusiast spec machines. What put the nail in the coffin for me was constant rehashes of Direct X and shader models, Windows Vista, Ubisoft and the likes of. Locking you out of games because your Graphics card didn't support a certain shader model when the older shader model was perfectly capable of running a said game. Even Peter Molyneux and many more developers thinks that PC gaming is well and truly struggling. However, if you are an Eye candy addict.... then without a shadow of a doubt PC's will win in every way and I'm pretty much certain if your hardware is up to date and of a top spec..... a lot of people will be enjoying the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 4 this November.

| One fact, PC gaming is dead because of the game makers. Maximum gaming companies have started to make games only for big consoles like PS2,3 and not for PC. This will result in death of PC gaming. |

My Mood: | Thats because of piracy though the companies dont have any motivation to make games when they cant sell them and make a profit. when they find a pirate proof way of making games and distributing them then PC gaming will flourish again, Im sure of it. |

| Beginner ![]() | I'm a die hard PC gamer, i would take my PC over any console on the marker hands down. PC gaming isnt what it used to be, but its far from dead. Espaicaly now that more and more games is avalible on Steam. Piracy is part of the problem, but it will be along time before PC gaming dies. |

My Mood: | 360 is so much easier, i dont want to have to worry about upgrading every few months so i can play a new game. Though it would be nice to have a beautiful alienware laptop... i hate windows but then thats a completely different conversation . which i think i'll start maybe. |
