Default What programs/apps do you HAVE to install on a new computer?

Recently installed Vista on my desktop which meant I had to reinstall all my usual programs again. I'm just wondering what programs do you guys have to have installed on your computers? I'm hoping this thread will complement my [Only registered users can see links. ] thread

The apps I have to install straight away are:

Firefox - Best web browser imo.
WLM - Messenger and Windows Live Mail.
AVG - Free anti-virus.
DivXInstaller - Watch AVIs.
Flahsget - Download Manager.
MSG Plus Live - Enchance your MSN experience.
CCleaner - Clears up your system.
FoxitReader - Alternative to Adobe Acrobat reader. Loads much quicker.
IMG Burn - Best tool for burning isos imo.
Irfanview - Picture Viewer.
Xneat - Allows you to rearrange tabs in your toolbar as well as minimize items to the system tray.
Damn nfo Viewer - If you download "things" and instructions on how to use them are in an nfo this allows you to view the nfos no problem.
Photoshop - Might be something that comes with an nfo .
IZarc - Used to use winrar but started using this as an alternative and really like it .
VLC - Decided not to use Quicktime and iTunes any more, so use VLC.
Quicktimealt - As I'm not using Quicktime, I need to use this to watch quicktime movies in web browsers, but this takes up less resources.
Media Monkey - An alternative to iTunes as I no longer have an iPod.

All the above apps (apart from PS ) are available in our [Only registered users can see links. ] section.
