Default GTA IV Will Take Around 100 Hours to Complete

If you’re not in a rush and you answer the phone when it rings it’ll take about 100 hours to complete. It’s harder to distinguish between main and side missions - there are loads of both. But there are more main missions than side missions. It’s not as clear cut as it used to be because of the phone.
It’s nice to hear that players will certainly be getting their $60 worth and then some.

There’s nothing that clearly marks it as having anything to do with Rockstar or GTA, but it’s too uncanny a resemblance to be just a coincidence. And there’s now a huge mural of Niko’s “Wanted” poster on the side of a building in Manhattan. Man, I’m not even in New York, but I’m already excited about this game.
Thanks to Nick for the heads up!

I can't wait for it either. Even though I haven't got a 360 or a PS3 at the moment lol.
This thread does sway me towards the 360 though
Especially with free points

I know that a lot of people in the past have been under the false assumption that the GTA games cause violence, but I have always thought those people to be morons who were using GTA as an excuse for bad behavior. However, I can honestly say that when GTA IV enters my household on April 29th, there will indeed be some sort of violence caused by the game because there is only one Xbox 360 in the house and I guarantee there will be a massive brawl over who gets to play it first.
Video are posted after the break.

Default GTAIV Will Cost $120 In Australia

Occasionally, certain regions just get shafted when it comes to certain video games. This time around, it's Australia and Grand Theft Auto IV, which is gonna cost the Aussies an arm and a leg, according to confirmed pricing reports from Kotaku and Rockstar.
It seems GTAIV will carry a retail price tag of $119.95 in the land down under, and no, that is not for the special Collectors edition...that's just for the standard edition. This price is the same for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, too, so don't think you can save some bucks by purchasing one over the other. As for the Collectors edition, you'll have to be prepared to shell out $149.95. Now, the difference between US and Australian funds isn't that huge - $60 is about AU$65 - so essentially, gamers in Australia are going to be paying double for GTAIV. This just sounds insane, doesn't it?
Rockstar hasn't issued any comment besides confirming these prices are correct, so we're left wondering- why the massive cost? Has this happened before with GTA installments in Australia? Does it cost that much more to distribute the game over there? Extra air time for the airplanes means a lot of extra gas, after all, and with gas prices the way they are... Yeah, but still, these are pretty hefty price tags. Sorry, Aussie gamers.

Wat the hell? why so much? i thought uk was bad. £40 is how much its gonna cost here which is like, idk $80
