STORY: 6/10 "everything is lovely in the town...then something threatens that loveliness and guess who's gotta save the day..." baldur's gate much? It's been done before. But somehow we keep buyin' into it. ![]() ![]() GRAPHICS: 7.5/10 The graphics are pretty good for PSP. There is another UNTOLD LEGENDS ([Only registered users can see links. ]) which looks equally good, but with a few new additions (I'm lookin' forward to tryin 'it out) Animations are pretty smooth. Damage pops up showing how much damage you've done to a monster. Dungeons are very open. Layout of environments is excellent! You can "zoom in" to a nearly over shoulder perspective or back away to a near birds eye view. You can rotate the camera 360* Good solid graphics! (especially when a monster dies!) AUDIO: 8/10 the ONLY downfall is severe lack of voice acting. There is no voice acting. There is GREAT special effects as you walk through environments and 'hack/slash' your way through things. WARRIORS CODE apparently has voice acting and slightly improved game play and graphics (yet to confirm this). GREAT audio, but they need voice acting. GAME PLAY: 9.5/10 If you've played baldur's gate, you know what to expect. Buttons are VERY easy. Game play is very easy (and fun!) easy to equip items and play away! MULTI-PLAYER is beyond excellent! up to 4 characters, you each see your own screen only. Absolute freedom! Extremely fun to play!! ![]() ![]()
