I think it's all a bit silly. Everyone should know, if they are buying a game which measures BMI, that it isn't always accurate. It is more accurate than going on weight alone, and if it was totally inaccurate, then the medical profession wouldn't use it. That is why Nintendo chose to use it. After all, it isn't a game, it's a piece of software that supposed to help you lose weight. At least they are doing something to try and combat Britains growing obesity rate. |
