Apart from the bug fix, we don't have any details yet on what security patches are included in the new firmware (if there are any, that is). You can download it below, or better yet, wait until 3.11 OE rolls around. Word has it in various forums that there aren't any big changes in the core module, so theoretically, it would be easier to crack than 3.10.
Still, it's highly encouraged that you wait for further details before making any updates. Hey, 3.10 was decrypted within 24 hours anyway, so we all shouldn't have to wait that long. Download link's below in case you guys want to tinker with it.
