I still have my original DS. I decided to keep it and I still use it when my batteries on my Lite run down and I want to keep on playing as I charge my Lite up.
When I'm playing on my original DS I miss my DS Lite as the screen looks so dull now in comparison, I don't know how I ever was satisfied with that.
